Clients will be provided with access to their personal information held by the Company, on request, unless the Company may withhold such information or records on a ground stipulated in PAIA.

A request for access must comply with the procedural requirements stipulated in PAIA, which includes completing prescribed forms and paying necessary fees. Please see our PAIA Manual and forms below.
